Story of twentieth pupil gyanvati

Like every day, on this day, the twentieth effigy named Gyanvati narrated the story of King Vikramaditya to King Bhoja, which is as follows-
King Vikramaditya was a great connoisseur of true knowledge and valued the knowledgeable people very much. He had chosen to give place to scholars, pundits, writers and artists in his court and respected his experience and knowledge.
One day when they were wandering in the forest for some reason, there was some piece of conversation between the two men in their ears.
He came to understand that one of them is an astrologer and he applied sandalwood vaccine and got intermittent. The astrologer said to his friend, 'I have acquired complete knowledge of astrology and now I can tell everything clearly about your past, present and future.'
The other, not taking any interest in his words, said, 'You are fully aware of my past and present, so you can tell everything and I have no desire to know about your future. It would have been better if you had limited your knowledge to yourself. But the astrologer was not going to stop.
He said, 'You are looking at these scattered bones. Looking at these bones, I can tell which animal these bones are and what happened to the animal? ' But his friend still did not show his interest in his words.
Then the astrologer saw his footsteps on the ground. He said, 'These footprints belong to a king and you can check the truth yourself. According to astrology, there is a lotus symbol naturally in the feet of the king, which is clearly visible here. '
His friend thought that the truth should be examined, otherwise this astrologer would continue to speak. Following the footsteps, they came inside the forest.
Where the footprints ended, there was a logger standing with an ax and cutting a tree with an ax.
The astrologer asked him to show his feet. When the woodcutter showed his feet, his mind was shocked. There were naturally lotus signs on the legs of the woodcutter.
When the astrologer asked him his real acquaintance, he told the woodcutter that he was born in a woodcutter's house and he is doing the same thing with many books. The astrologer was thinking that he belonged to Rajkula and was working as a woodcutter.
Now he started losing faith in his astrological knowledge. When his friend started ridiculing him, he said irritably, 'Let's go and see King Vikramaditya's feet. If there is no lotus sign on their feet, then I will consider the whole astrology as false and believe that my astrology studies have gone in vain. '
They left the logger and went to the city of Ujjain. Arrived at the palace after a lot of walking. On reaching the palace, he expressed his desire to meet Vikramaditya. When Vikram appeared, he prayed for him to show his leg.
The astrologer was shocked to see Vikram's foot. Their feet were also like the feet of ordinary people. They had the same horizontal lines. There was no lotus mark. The astrologer began to suspect not only his astrological knowledge, but the whole astrology.
He said to the king, 'Astrology says that the person with the lotus symbol in his feet will be the king, but this is utterly untrue.
On whose feet I saw these signs is the ancestral logger. He has no relation with any royal family. He tries hard to fill his stomach and is deprived of every comfort. On the other hand, there is a Chakravarti Emperor like you, who has everything to enjoy in his destiny. Whose fame extends far and wide. You are called the king of kings, but there is no such sign in your feet. '
The king laughed and asked, "Did your faith arise out of your knowledge and knowledge?"
The astrologer replied, 'Absolutely. I can no longer believe even a little bit. He gestured to walk from his friend, taking a tender departure from the king. When he was about to walk, the king asked him to stop.
Both hesitated and stopped. Vikram ordered a knife and began to scratch the soles of the feet. The skin of the soles descended on the scraper and the lotus signs became clear from inside.
On seeing the astrologer shocked, Vikram said, 'O astrologer, there is no shortage in your knowledge, but your knowledge will remain incomplete, as long as you boast of your knowledge and keep checking it every now and then.
I had listened to you and I met you as a woodcutter in the forest. I put a skull on my feet to check your wisdom, so that the lotus shape is covered. When you did not see the lotus shape, then your faith got up from your knowledge. This is not a good thing.
