Story of the eighteenth pupil Taramati

The next day, as King Bhoja tried to sit in the throne, the eighteenth effigy named Taramati stopped him and said,Stop Rajan, are you a virtuous van of King Vikramaditya?

The eighteenth effigy Taramati told the story thus - there was no answer to the virtuousness of King Vikramaditya. They used to show great respect for scholars and artists.

More than one scholar and artist was present in his court, yet qualified persons from other states also used to receive respect and reward from him according to their merit.

One day a scholar from a state of South India came to his court in Vikram's court. He believed that betrayal is the lowest act in the world.

He narrated a story to the king to clarify his idea.

He said- There was a king in Aryavarta a long time ago. He had a full family, yet at the age of seventy he married a rupati girl. He was so fascinated by the appearance of the new queen that he did not feel like separating from her for even a moment.

He wanted his face to be in front of him at all times. He also placed the new queen in the court next to him. Nobody dares to speak in front of him, but behind his back everyone used to ridicule him.

Chief minister of the king felt bad about it. He privately told the king that everyone criticized him. If he wants to keep looking at the face of the new queen every moment, then make a good picture of it and have it placed in front of the throne. Since the king has a tradition of sitting alone in this state, it is indecent to bring his queen with him to the court.

The great king was like a friend from a young age and the king took everything seriously. He asked the Mahantry to hand over the work of drawing a little queen to a good painter. The Great Minister called a highly qualified painter. The artist began painting of Queen. When the portrait came to the court, everyone became a fan of the painter. The painter had also removed the fine thing in that picture. The picture was as lively as if the little queen would speak at any moment. The king also liked the picture. At that point, she saw the queen's thigh made by the painter, on which the painter had shown a mole with great precision. The king suspected that the painter had also seen the queen's secret parts and in anger, she asked the painter to tell the truth.

The painter tried to convince him with great decency that nature gave him a microscopic vision from which he also came to know the hidden thing. The mole is a proof of that and he has tried to show the mole to enhance its beauty. The king could not believe his words at all. He summoned the executioners and immediately ordered him to go into the dense forest and blow his neck and asked him to take his eyes out and present him in the court.

The great minister knew that the words of the painter were true. On the way, he freed the painter by tempting those executioners and asked them to kill a deer and take out his eyes so that the king would believe that the artist had been killed. The general minister brought the painter to his house and changed his life as a painter.

A few days later the king's son went hunting, then a lion followed him. The prince climbed a tree to save his life. Just then, he saw a bear already on the tree. When he was afraid of the bear, the bear asked him to be relaxed. The bear said that he, like him, is afraid of the lion and has climbed the tree and is waiting for the lion to leave. The lion was hungry and sat under the tree with eyes on both of them. Rajkumar began to sit and sleep and found it difficult to stay awake. The bear called him to his side to sleep for a while on a thick branch.

The bear said that when he would wake up asleep he would wake up and guard and the bear would sleep. When the prince fell asleep, the lion tried to seduce the bear. He said that he and the bear are wild animals, so both should think of each other well. Man can never be a friend of wildlife.

He asks the bear to drop the prince so that he can make him his grass. But the bear did not listen to him and said that he could not betray. The lion was left broken hearted. When the prince awakened after completing four hours of sleep, the bear's turn came and he fell asleep. The lion tried to woo the prince now. He said why he is suffering for the bear.

If he casts the bear, the lion's hunger will disappear and he will return to the palace comfortably. Prince came in the influence of her. He tried to topple the bear by pushing it. But the bear did not know how and woke up and called the prince treacherous. The prince's conscience whipped him so much that he became dumb.

When the lion left in search of other prey in the jungle, he reached the palace. No one understood the fact of his being dumb. Many great physicians came, but no one understood the prince's disease. Finally, hiding in the house of the great minister, he came to the prince after taking the form of artist Vaidya. He got to know everything by reading the facial expressions of the dumb prince. He asked the prince in a sign language whether he had lost his voice after suffering from self-aggression, the prince wept bitterly.

The crying had a psychological effect on her and her lost voice returned. The king was surprised how he found out the truth by looking at the face of the prince, the painter replied that the way the artist saw the mole of his queen's thigh. The king immediately understood that he was the artist he had ordered to be killed. He started apologizing to the painter for his mistake and honored him with a lot of reward.

Vikramaditya was very pleased with the story of the scholar of that south and, honoring his erudition, he gave him one lakh gold currencies.

Put the pupil, Rajan, are you like Vikramaditya, then you can sit in the throne.
